UK Delivery
The standard delivery charge is £5.00 GBP for orders under 5kg in weight and £10.00 GBP for orders weighing over 5kg. Goods will be sent by UK courier to the address you specify either from ourselves or in some cases directly from the manufacturer or UK distributor. Delivery will usually be within 48 hours of despatch (excluding weekends). Certain items may take longer than this but should there be any significant delay we will contact you with the details and offer you the option of cancelling your order.

International Delivery
Checkout delivery charges apply to UK mainland only. We are now able to ship most goods to EU countries at no additional cost. However for some destinations we need to make an additional charge and if this is the case we will inform you by email prior to processing your order. For overseas orders outside the EU we will contact you by email to inform you of the shipping cost prior to despatch of goods. You can arrange collection from us if you wish to use your own preferred courier.
Please note: There may be a customs clearance delay for goods delivered to destinations outside the EU whilst awaiting payment of any import duties. All import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Despatch Schedule
When goods are in stock, we aim to despatch all orders received by 12 noon (GMT) the same day. Any order received after that time will be despatched the next working day. A signature will be required for all goods at the point of delivery.

Returns
If you wish to return goods for any reason you must follow our returns procedure. Returned goods will not be accepted unless the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package. Customers are responsible for all returned goods until they are signed for by ourselves. Please check with your courier to ensure that the goods are insured for their full value. See our Terms & Conditions for further details.

Should you have any questions or require further information regarding shipping or returns, please feel free to contact us.
